2.3. Strict One-User Policy: Sharing of accounts is strictly prohibited. Your access is personal to you. We employ technology to detect simultaneous logins or account sharing. If we detect that your account credentials are being shared or used on multiple devices simultaneously in violation of our policy, we reserve the right to immediately terminate your access without refund.
3.1. Ownership: All content included in our Services, such as text, graphics, logos, images, video clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of CK Classes or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.
3.2. Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the course content for which you have paid all required fees, solely for your personal, non-commercial, educational purposes.
3.3. Prohibitions: You may not reproduce, redistribute, transmit, assign, sell, broadcast, rent, share, lend, modify, adapt, edit, create derivative works of, sublicense, or otherwise transfer or use any course content unless we give you explicit permission to do so in a written agreement signed by a CK Classes authorized representative.
3.4. No Recording: Recording of live Zoom sessions (audio or video) by students is strictly prohibited.
4.1. Pricing: Prices for our courses are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time.
4.2. Payments: We use third-party payment gateways (Razorpay) to process payments. By making a purchase, you agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us to charge the full amount.
4.3. Refunds: Please refer to our separate Cancellation and Refund Policy for details regarding refunds.
5.1. Live Batches: Enrollment guarantees access to the specific live batch selected at purchase. If you miss a live session, we are not obligated to provide a repeat session or a recorded video of any session.
5.2. Zoom Platform: Classes are conducted via Zoom. It is your responsibility to ensure you have the necessary hardware, software, and internet connection to access the sessions.

CK Classes makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of their services, or the information, content, or materials included therein. You expressly agree that your use of these services is at your sole risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CK Classes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold CK Classes and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction within India.
