Cancellation and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing CK Classes. We are committed to providing high-quality educational experiences. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase, as it governs your rights regarding cancellations and refunds.

1. General Policy: All Sales Final

Due to the digital nature of our Services and the limited seating capacity of our Live Batches, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds or cancellations once a seat has been reserved. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are reserving a specific spot in a live cohort which prevents others from booking that seat.

2. Non-Attendance

Failure to attend the live sessions does not qualify for a refund. It is the student's responsibility to attend the classes at the scheduled time.

3. Technical Issues

We are not responsible for technical issues on the user's end, including but not limited to poor internet connection, incompatible hardware, or failure to install the Zoom software. However, if there is a proven technical failure on our end (e.g., the instructor loses connection and the class cannot be completed), we may offer a reschedule or a compensatory session.

4. Cancellations by CK Classes

In the unlikely event that we (CK Classes) must cancel an entire batch due to unforeseen circumstances, instructor illness, or force majeure, registered students will be entitled to:

If you believe you have made a duplicate purchase in error (e.g., paid twice for the same batch), please contact us immediately. Verified duplicate transactions will be refunded after deducting payment gateway processing fees (approx. 2-3%).
